1. Journey in mortality
2. You are here to be a spiritual captain in the Lord's cause and you have a lot to do.
3. Return safely and bring many with you

-Our actions in the Spirit World effect us in this life.
-Who we are did not begin with our birth into mortality.
-You will always be you. If you don't like something about yourself, you can change it. But you will always be you.
-You have been foreordained to have the gospel in this time.
-Be on guard to be a captain in the Lord's cause.
-Push yourself to find your internal resources.
-You have to know what you know and know what you don't know.
-We will not be guided by the Holy Ghost if we are casual in our obedience.
-Do not dismiss or diminish the unique call that has been given to you.
-In saving them, he saved himself.
-First responsibility is to bring back your family.
-Unless we lose our lives to the service of others, there is little purpose to our own lives.
