Who hasn't thought about being a part of a welcome home committee for a complete stranger at the airport, or being one of 100 cell phones that goes off at the same time in a bookstore, or breaking out into song in a crowded place?! I love random things that catch people off guard because it's out of the ordinary. The best is when there's a group of people that are in on it! Improv Everywhere (or find them on youtube) "causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places." I cannot get enough of these funny videos and I wish I could have been a part of some of them!
